Refund policy

Refunds Because perks are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. We do refund when: - a purchase was never delivered and staff could not fix it, - you were charged twice for the same item, - a subscription renewed after you had cancelled it.

Ask within 7 days by opening a ticket in our Discord or contacting https://discord.gg/DSdDNBXv. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, and the perk is removed from your account.

Chargebacks Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card company. Disputed purchases are removed automatically, and the account may be banned from the store.
